Create your first load tracking

Prepare the route, identifiers, driver and tracking window.

Reviewed · 4 steps
  1. Prepare the load

Select Track a load. Enter the load/reference number, origin and destination, and any additional stops requested by your workflow. Optionally fill in Load Type & Details (freight type, trailer type, weight, commodity, special instructions) and the pickup and delivery date & time. Special instructions are shared with the carrier and driver. Check addresses carefully before continuing.

  2. Set the plan and participants

Review the planned tracking start and end, driver setup, driver phone number and carrier details. Enter a Shipper reference when your customer uses a separate reference.

  3. Review before creating

Check the information and any charge shown on the creation screen before submitting. Open the new tracking details to review the invitation, status and events.

  4. Verify actual reporting

An invitation or an active tracking status alone does not prove that GPS is arriving. Check Latest locations by source and the recorded time.
