LoadEye messaging information

SMS consent and notifications

LoadEye is a product operated by LinkX Logistics Inc.

Enrollment is not available on this page

This page documents the proposed operational SMS consent flow. It does not collect phone numbers, enroll recipients, or send messages. It is not evidence of a completed opt-in implementation and is not ready to submit as opt-in proof.

Messaging purpose

The proposed LoadEye messaging program covers non-marketing freight notifications for drivers, freight brokers, carriers, and shippers. Messages must be relevant to the recipient's role and loads.

  • Load-tracking invitations, assignment changes, and reminders.
  • Location-sharing acceptance confirmations and tracking-status alerts.
  • User-requested login verification codes, handled separately from ongoing notifications.

Requesting a login code must not subscribe a user to ongoing operational notifications.

Proposed optional consent disclosure

The enrollment form must present this disclosure with a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default. This is disclosure text, not an active enrollment form.

I agree to receive non-marketing SMS notifications from LoadEye about relevant loads, including tracking invitations, reminders, assignment changes, and tracking-status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. For help, contact support@loadeye.ai. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using LoadEye. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

SMS consent is separate from location sharing

Entering another person's phone number or assigning them to a load does not establish that person's SMS consent. Accepting a location-sharing request is also not consent to receive SMS notifications. Each recipient needs their own consent before the first operational text is sent.

Required before enrollment and verification submission

  1. Implement optional recipient enrollment and a working service path without operational SMS.
  2. Record the recipient, consent scope, timestamp, source, and disclosure version.
  3. Enforce consent and opt-out status before sending invitations, reminders, alerts, and queued messages.
  4. Configure and verify STOP, re-subscription, and HELP responses for the actual sender.
  5. Publish the working flow and provide reviewable screenshots and URLs, including the separate login-code request flow.
