Open the driver link received for this load. Check the requesting company, route, planned tracking period and your carrier’s contact details. Ask your dispatcher or carrier if anything is unclear.
Consent and allow location
Read the location-sharing terms and agree only if you accept them. Allow browser location access when prompted. App installation or opening a link does not by itself grant tracking consent.
Keep reporting visible
Keep the page open in the foreground. Review Reporting location, the last device sample and the sent count. A locally acquired sample is not proof of a successful upload.
Pause or stop deliberately
Pause reporting pauses browser uploads. Stop sharing my location is a separate action; read its confirmation. Contact dispatch if the load still needs tracking.
