Share a read-only tracking page
Give a customer visibility without sharing your account.
Create a share link
Open the tracking details and find Shipper Share Links. Select Create link and review the available settings before confirming.
Review the customer view
Open the generated link and check the route, load/reference, Shipper reference when present, locations, ETA and events displayed. Do not send your authenticated dashboard URL instead.
Share only with intended recipients
Treat a token-bearing link as access to shipment information. Send it only to authorized recipients. If access should stop, use the share-link management actions available on that tracking.
