Prepare the LoadEye Carrier app for location sharing
Check your assignment, consent and operating-system permissions.
Obtain the correct app
Use a LoadEye Driver installation link provided by your company or LoadEye support. If no download is available, ask support for the current distribution method rather than installing an unrelated app.
Use the invited phone number
Sign in with the phone number associated with the tracking invitation. Check the load shown in the app and review its location-sharing request before accepting.
Check location and network access
Enable device location services and grant the location permissions requested by the app. If reporting stops, review background access, battery restrictions and connectivity. Permission names vary by OS version.
Confirm the received sample
Ask your dispatcher to confirm the Driver App source and its latest recorded time with the load’s tracking. A signed-in app or an installed app alone is not confirmation that GPS was uploaded.
