Account & billing

Check balance and billing activity

Review charges and recharge through the billing workspace.

Reviewed · 4 steps
  1. Check your balance

Open Billing or the balance link in the top bar. Compare your balance with the amount shown before creating a new tracking.

  2. Recharge when needed

Use Top up and review the amount and payment form. Complete payment only after verifying the details. Return to billing to confirm the recorded result.

  3. Low balance and Autopay

When your balance drops below $20, LoadEye shows a banner on Loads and Billing and sends one email and app notification. New loads can't be created once the balance is below the per-load charge; loads already tracking are not affected. Recharge, or turn on Autopay in Billing so a saved card tops up automatically when the balance falls below the amount you choose.

  4. Review transactions

Inspect recharge, deduction and refund entries in Billing. Use the transaction record and tracking identifier when asking support about a discrepancy. Do not assume cancelling a tracking always produces a refund.
